Jeni graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree intercultural and interpersonal communication and has completed coursework for her Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. She has worked with men, women and children of all ages. She believes that each person has unique gifts and strengths and intuitively works to identify those. She fosters healing through CBT, mindfulness, EFT/Tapping and energy healing to facilitate powerful, lasting change in one's life.
Jeni believes in being an advocate to empower her clients to make mind/body/spirit connections for lasting growth and believes in her client's ability to progress and heal. She has worked with clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, borderline, PTSD, emotional affects of health issues and relationship and adjustment issues. She is strength-based and solution-focused to encourage and explore self-actualization as well as relationship connections affected by each individual.
Spending time with her husband, four children and two schnauzer puppies is something Jeni loves most.

Craig Dalton MC, LPC
Craig Dalton received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2012 and completed his Masters in Professional Counseling through Grand Canyon University.
Craig is compassionate and easy to work with, He is attentive and thorough in his approach to therapy. Craig enjoys working with adults and young adults in a group setting as well as individually. He has facilitated mental health and substance abuse recovery groups. Craig has a deep understanding of how addiction works and also how to treat it using spirituality, connection and mindfulness.
He is a strong believer in cognitive behavioral therapy combined with behavior modification which allows him to effectively work with issues such as depression, anxiety, mood swings and adjustment disorders.
Kari received her Master's in Counseling, specializing in trauma and abuse from Ottawa University. She has experience working with children (of all ages), teens, children on the spectrum, and children in the foster care system. Kari facilitates change by creating safety and stabilization, using behavioral modification, identifying positive coping skills and increasing self-confidence.
Kari also incorporates a variety of skills into her sessions, such as: play therapy, art therapy, movement therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and spirituality (when appropriate). Through the utilization of these skills, Kari has had success in helping her clients reduce the symptoms of trauma, anger, grief, anxiety, addictions and depression,
Kari loves learning and is continuing her education to stay up to date on any new modalities that would be helpful in treating trauma. She is a proud mama of two children and loves to spend time with them.
